Construction of The Zero Nai Yang is tentatively scheduled to start in 2026, with completion in Q2 2028. Exact dates, construction phases and key handover timelines are specified in the reservation agreement and the sales & purchase agreement with the developer.

Yes, purchase is possible remotely. You can reserve a unit online, pay the booking deposit via bank transfer and sign documents by power of attorney or at a consulate. We provide full transaction support: from selecting a unit to registering ownership and launching it into rental.

The standard schedule usually includes:
  • booking deposit (around 100,000 THB);
  • payment of about 30–35% upon signing the main agreement;
  • stage payments during construction (around 55%);
  • final payment (around 10%) upon unit handover and registration of ownership.
The exact schedule, payment currency and instalments are agreed individually depending on the chosen unit and type of ownership (freehold/leasehold).

The Zero Nai Yang provides a professional rental program with a 70/30 income split in favour of the owner. According to the developer and partner agencies, projected yield may be around 8–11% per year with good occupancy.
